Q: How can I open a Demo account?
A: In order to open a Demo account with our company just followthe instuctions below:

* Download the MT4 Terminal from our website directly using the link. While installing the software you will see the Registration Demo account window. Fill out the needful field and save appeared login information (Login and password of your new account).
Q: How long does it take to deposit funds?
A: As soon as funds are deposited to our bank account, we credit your deposit to your trading account.
For international wire transfers, it usually takes 2-3 business days before funds are delivered to our bank account. For electronic payment systems all deposits are processed within 4 hours after your transfer was completed.
NOTE: Please, send us an email notifying us about your deposit, and providing the amount of the deposit and
your trading account number.
Q: How long does it take to process requests for withdrawal?
A: 1-2 business days, from the moment of receiving the customer's order, to the actual remittance by our Bank; Time of funds delivery to your bank account is also depending on your bank and on intermediary banks.
If you make withdrawal via electronic payment systems, you will receive funds within 4 hours of service.
Q: Are your spreads fixed?
A: Yes.
Q: What is your minimum pip distance for all types of conditional orders?
A: For pending orders (entry, stop, limit) distance between setting price (Stop/Limit level) and market price must be equal to double spread.
Q: What does "[so/a: -135.0% -2430.0/1800.0]" in order comment mean?
A: The order has been closed due to a StopOut procedure:
Definitions:
so - StopOut procedure;
/a - executed by manager automation;
-135.0% - level of margin requirement;
-2430.0 - current equity;
1800.0 - current margin;
Q: Which price (BID or ASK) is used to draw the chart bars and for trading?
A: Be aware of the following universal rule which helps you to find the correct price of your order on the chart:
All charts on the MT4 platform are ALWAYS built using the BID price only!
All BUY orders are executed at the ASK price and closed by the BID price;
All SELL orders are executed at the BID price and closed by the ASK price.
If you want to also see the ASK price: right click on the chart -> Properties -> Common -> Show Ask Line.
In this case you will see an second price line, indicating the ASK price.
Please note that historical data, including bar data (high/low/open/close) will still use BID prices.
Q: What is the maximum allowed number of opened trades?
A: For ‘Safe’ accounts - 50 positions
For ‘Start’ accounts - 30 positions
For ‘Standard’ – 20 positions
For ‘Unique’ – 30 positions
Q: Do your clients experience Slippage?
A: Very rarely.
Q: Can I withdraw all funds from my trading balance and continue trading on Credit ?
A: When you withdraw some percents of your trading balance, the Credit will be reduced by the same %:
For example:
Trading balance = $850
Credit = $125
Withdrawal amount = $230
WD * 100% / balance = 230 * 100 / 850 = 27%
New credit = Credit - % = $125 - 27% = $98.
Q: Do your clients experience unauthorized disarming of conditional orders?
A: Never.
Q: Do your clients experience unauthorized execution of orders or introduction of positions?
A: Never.
Q: Do your clients experience re-quotes?
A: Re-quotes occur when the market price has changed before our servers received an order.
You cannot receive a fill for a price which does not exist on the market. Prices move simultaneously for all traders, so each trader is trading on the same prices.
In any case, most accounts use automatic execution, and re-quoting happens very rarely.
Q: Do your clients experience delays in execution?
A: Orders are executed automatically, within 2-5 seconds.
One possible factor is the latency of getting your order through to our servers, and getting a response back, confirming that your order has been executed or that the price has changed.
This depends on internet traffic, your own connection speed, and your Internet provider's latency in connecting to our servers, and so on.
Q: Do your clients experience "Stop Hunting"?
A: Never.
Q: What strategy you consider as scalping?
A: Actually, we don`t have rigorous description of scalping. Many brokers consider scalping as trading strategies where the most of trades are closing with less than 4-7 pips profit/loss, or orders` lifespan is less than 5-8 minutes, or opening/modifying/closing positions every 10 minutes.
Q: Do you allow scalping?
A: We don`t prohibit such strategies if they allow us to effectively hedge the risks of client`s trading with our clearing houses. Otherwise we will send the customer a notification letter.
Q: Are EAs allowed?
A: Yes
Q: I`ve opened the account and received a bonus credit but unfortunately, partially or completely lost it during my trading.
Shall I compensate it?
A: Do not worry. You absolutely do not owe anything. You can always
use the remaining credit. Or just open additional account.
Q: I got a credit and won. Can I withdraw money?
A: Congratulations on your successful trading. We are very glad to welcome professionals. When depositing funds into your account the first time, this profit will be transferred to credit, and deposited funds will be added on the balance. It increases your equity thus making your risk management more flexible.
Q: In the course of my trading account balance turned negative. Do I have to pay damages to the company?
A: Never. Unfortunately, you was not a success to use the credit. If you have a negative balance, it will be set to zero before your initial deposit. Good luck with your trading.
Q: How much money I have to deposit to my trading account?
A: The initial deposit have to be not less than indicated amount for each account type:
Safe - from $1
Start - from $5
Standard - from $30
Unique - from $10
Further deposits to your account may be as much as you wish.
Q: Will my profit remain the same after my first deposit to Promo account?
A: That depends on depositing amount.

After you received the credit and get the profit:

1. If your initial deposit is $100 (equal to profit):
Credit = $100
Trading balance = $100
Equity = $200
2. If your initial deposit is $50 (less than profit):
Credit = $50
